P.T. Barnum is most known for his traveling circus, or "P.T. Barnum's Grand Traveling Museum, Menagerie, Caravan & Hippodrome," but it may be less known that he once served as the mayor of Bridgeport, CT. Barnum built three houses in the city, and housed his circus in-town during winters.
